Silkscreen bas

I have read from sevearl sources that for image transfer, oil based
transparent slikscreen base is best (less fumes than Mineral Spirits, more
control, etc.). My problem is I live in a small town and have to mail order
everything. The two places I have contacted don't carry oil-based silk screen
supplies. Does anyone have a phone number of a resource?
