PS. the name "conservation police" was coined by Judy and is not exactly
what I think my role should be. It was fun while it lasted, at least the
police bit. Maybe "conservation impromptuist" would be better, any
suggestions? :-)
That is the trouble with coming in half way through on somebody else's joke!
The first thought that occurred was of Mrs Ogmore Pritchard who said that 'if
you let the sun in make sure it wipes its feet'.
Then an acronym Paper ANTi aCID Enforcement which had inappropriate
connotations.
Then Paper Safety Shock Troops which should keep us all aware of your
importance, which we all acknowledge, even if reluctantly sometimes, as you
sussurate in the background.
