Sorry to create some misunderstandings: My complaints of getting too much mail
were not to kick somebody off the list, esp. no *newbie*. But Steve's and Judy's
reaction showed, that the more the list is joined by alt.photo workers, the more
'organisation' it needs to be able to fullfill its objective. I cannot download
my e-mail every day and quite often Compuserve kicks me out after half of the
mail came in... (No, I don't need a faster modem - it's the bad telephone line I
must use and the overcrowded Compuserve) So it took me three hours today to
download and read everything.
And, if I see it right, most questions get answered. I haven't noticed yet that
the list was too arrogant to bother with beginner's questions - and Judy's usual
appendage *Look at the archive* I always understood as a gentle hint ;-) and
never as a reproach.
