Process you are asking about is Thiocarbamide toning. Now you know how it is
spelt it should be easy to find in the index of most books dealing with
darkroom work.

It is a sepia toning process for ordinary photographic prints - gives
results similar to sulphide (sulfide) based sepia toners, but without the
smell. However thiocarbamide is a suspected carcinogen.

Not really a subject for alt-photo-process I think. (Try photoforum or
rec.photo.? if you can't find it in a book.)
