Could i ask the question differently: From a standpoint of not caring a whit
about being collected or making my art "valuable" but rather in just making
stuff to look at, and finding that dry mounting gives a nice effect from
that angle, is there something else that's better, or a reason not to? I've
never had a dry-mounted platinum print bubble or show any other negative
effects, though some early, poorly mounted commercial gelatin silvers have.
