gave me no answer, which aspect of the zone system can not be adapted to pt or
carbon, so Terry's general objection of the zone system would be justified.
(I personally don't teach the system to my students, as I see the danger of
overtheorizing and -formalizing photography, thus loosing sight of the goal. But
that's what people make out of it. Like Terry I am happy with my greyscale and
densitometer. But if somebody feels the system gives him the savety he/she needs
- why not?)
