Room temperature is fine. The boiling is to get rid of dissolved oxygen.

I use zony bits when they are useful. No I meant N for a normal s/g neg;
platinum negs need longer exposure and longer development, 2m 15 s

Flip it in face down and whip it over. Agitation should be constant ie at every
second lifting one corner of the dish to give a wave movement in both
directions. This gives even development .
