Group Mind Alt photo book

Steve Avery is right, we need to do a book. I think the first thing we need
to do is to develop an outline of current known operational processes. Luis'
Encyclopedia is too much, we need to focus on what we as a group have had
success doing. I am also interested in acquiring the very best formulas and
procedures for each of the photo processes, so as we expand our catalog, I
will be able to make and sell kits and instructions using the better
formulas. I am assuming that what we produce will be in the public domain,
otherwise I'd be willing to hold the copyright - yeah right! In the case of
conflicts as to what best, (Judy vs Terry) no problem putting both in.

I will try, (I said try) to mediate and compile what comes in, and maybe
Steve Avery can jump in as well, and if Steve wants to do it all, then I
can help if that's the way to go.

I think any ideas should be published to the List and then daily or semi
daily summaries published. Once it gets too long, then we'll have to work
out another system. I hear rumors of a Web page somewhere.

Since this may be a first, it is hard to see what difficulties will be
encountered. One guess is that we work for a while on the outline and then
go through the outline several times refining and enhancing each time we go
through it. I guess what we're doing is just a book length FAQ file,
instead of just one or two people writing it, we have the whole group
participating. In the end, some grammar maven can do a final edit so the
Word Nazis don't have a fit.

Not only do we need the processes themselves, but other topics like enlarged
negatives, papers, etc.

Any comments or ideas.
