You have a mixture of a common food additive, ferric ammonium citrate, and
another fairly innocuous chemical, potassium ferricyanide, that is far less
damaging to the environment than washing up liquid or bath and loo cleaners
which people make a habit of flushing away with lots of water.

If you effluent goes into soak away or a septic tank then that alters matters.
