Let me do some research for you.
A good friend, Richard Shaw, one of Bay Area's most loved artists is a
ceramicist of the n'th degree and uses these decals frequently ... and
makes three color applications.
2ndly, as I may have mentioned, a group of Canadians moved to my area to
create that image of aspens I mentioned in my last post and they have
been using a photo sensitive pigmented glaze of some sort. I shall query
them, however, what they've done may well be proprietary.
3rdly, I've been perusing a mid-t0's book on "Alternative Photographic
Processes" by Kent Wade, a Morgan & Morgan publication and there may be
something in there.
It will take me a while as school has just started and up to my knees in
elbows.
