I can't find the book I used, but go to Barnes And Noble and ask. Last
Fall after returning from Ireland I made a dozen books of images from
the Aran Islands (they're now on my Web page) and gave them away as
Christmas presents. It took quite a bit of time, but the results were
quite successful.
