Although beer should be in pints, and the right field fence in Yankee Stadium
has to be 300 feet from home plate, temperature actually makes more sense in
Centigrade. At zero water freezes and at 100 it boils. BTW, 40C is 104F

Well, I use to use two but now have gone to only one and in fact I have
recently run some tests with no sizing and only glyoxal hardening. To my
surprise this method yielded very good results.

I think that the some (but not too much) gelatin and a "good" gum
(Photographer's Formulary based on my tests) are the two key items in getting
good pigment deposition and no staining.
