In "Which Paper?", Silvie Turner notes several RKB papers including
some manufactured by Arches and Lana as well as by R.K. Burt itself.
Here in the states, I've not come across any papers made or sold by
RKB. Can anyone shed some light on the nature of this company and
sources for its products?
