Terry: In response to your question regarding the stony silence on the
mention of high pressure mercury bulbs for alternative processes, I
suspect that there is a lack of experience. I built my UV unit, for
example, many years ago using the plans that Mr. Nadeau provided in his
book on platinum printing. Since then it has been in constant use and I
have seen no need to seek options. Others may be in the same boat.
