After reading the list I'm not sure if this is very "alternative" but this
did seem like the most appropriate news group I could find:

Does anyone know of any FAQ's or resources which discuss in depth
cross processing for various 35mm films? The few snippets I have
read never explain it in any detail or provide any reliable
exposure (compensation) details. It seems that the technique
is used quite a bit in contemporary fashion/glamour work. Thanks
to anyone who can provide me with more information.
