Judy,
pipettes will give you a very controlable release. They really need to have
a manual pump on top to work well. The pumps are under 15.00 each and the
pipetettes are around 5.00 each. I have found that 1/10 ml. = 1 drop . So
it's easy to draw and dispence chemsry:
