There are two sorts of these gums for masking. One is liquid frisket, a
red compound that is very obvious to the painter. Don't know who makes
it. Check a good art supply house.
The other is made by Grumbacher and is an unsavory yellow color. Both
work. Keep your brushes in the proper thinner at all times due to drying
(per Judy).
Print/psper must be dry. Frisket material, I feel, ought to be thinned.
Patience is a virtue (as it is w/all alt. proc.) and it would be wise to
do two coats.
Rubs right off. Voila!
