Judy,

It would have to be a hydrocarbon soluble dye, not all dyes are soluble
in the solvents used for rubber cement, if I recall correctly these
solvents are usually medium to low boiling petroleum fractions.
Alternatively what about dispersing a little pigment into the rubber
cement?
