Thanks for the tip. Breathing into the developer bottle was an OLD trick
from back in the days when we didn't have various compressed gasses available.
I did consider trying to find a syphon that accepts those little CO2 cartriges
but decided it was too much trouble. I liked the mylar wine container method.
Perhaps the reason everyone gets turned-on to it is that in order to get the
empty wine bags they have to drink all the wine. ;-) Anyway, I known an even
older darkroom trick about tasting fixer to see if its still good.(no, I
don't do it.)
