If you want to start with "accurate" color reproduction as in attempting
to faithfully reproduce what you see on your monitor, you should add
a 20 cc red gel to the front of your lens. Also IMO, if you were concerned
about resolution, you shouldn't be using this method. Rather, I would
(and have) exploit (ed) the pixelation....shoot full frame and make huge prints
or shoot tight on sections and go a more moderate dimensions.
