Judy once again writes deep from within ... the 'placemats' @ Viscom
were more like garbace can liners in my vernacular prosody. However, the
learning curve is great as she notes.
To me, when you realize that color photography has only been a
possibility to the general masses since WWII (exluding Autochrome et al)
it now takes up about 98% of ALL photographs on this planet. Mind you I
include the everyperson-shooting-film here.
The point is, that in those short fifty years most people still don't
comprehend the technology of color printing and it is still a large
learning curve.
My raison d'etre is embrace aspects of interest. This doggoned digital
world (DW) is waaay cool. My hookup is mighty simple at the moment, but
I'm into writing a grant or too, or selling a piece or five to step into
the ring and box with the toys. The learning curve is long toed, but not
steep, and the shoulder is comfortable.
AAAAAL abooooard!
