Definitely. A fall-back position is always a good idea, and presentations
can be requested from speakers who can be at either venue. For those of us
who must travel long distances, it is imperative that we know by March (for
a July event) so travel plans, etc., can be arranged enough ahead to take
advantage of the lowest costs. In fact, March is almost too late for me (as
an example) to arrange advance publicity in the PSA Journal and other media.
