Chicago Albumen Works distributes POP in the US. I'm sure they can help you
locate the nearest retail source. Their contact data is below. As to the
appearance of the prints it is difficult to be precise as the image color can
very widely depending on post exposure processing (toning primarily). The
surface of the fiber based product resembles Ilford or Kodak glossy fiber
based papers. The untoned image has a deep burgundy color.

If you are old enough to remember school portrait proofs from the 50's you
probably remember POP prints. I recall bringing the proofs home in a little
light tight folder with the warning not to look at them in the sunlight. The
POP proofs were not fixed and would soon (or very quickly in sunlight) turn a
solid dark purple/brown. A slick way of insuring that the proud parents would
not avoid the cost of a print order by opting to simply keep and enjoy the
free proof print.
