good point...I have a friend who is making a living off his art.....barely. I
admire his work and I admire his staying true to himself and his work. There
are a lot of talented artists and photographers out there and very few make a
living at it. I have a sister who has done very well with her art, but that
is an unusual case.
I also think that many people view photography as less than an art form, but I
am sure that discussion has already been held.
I wonder if this is as true in other countries? It saddens me to see what has
happened to the National Endowment to the Arts.... it feels like the dark
ages.
Think what is spent on sports annually in this country... <please...no I am
not against sports heheheheh>
