Nze,

Mix the lithium chloride in water first. It will heat up a lot, especially
if you are making a large quantity like 100 ml. All you need to do it add
the palladium chloride next. It does not need anything special to mix it.

It is much more absorbent than the sodium palladium or ammonium palladium
salts.
