advance copy of their notes or, preferably, entire presentation, which can
then be edited post-presentation to update, and printed (or scanned for
computer file). This is the system used by major Conferences, etc (PSA uses
this system for its Annual Conference, as do several others I know of in

Had this been an established conference with established procedures and
referees for papers I am sure that Bath would have worked that way. But I
am not sure tthat APIS would have carried that kind of load at this stage.

I am sure that if I can get the tapes back and we can get them transcribed
and edited, we could then perhaps,after associating the transcript with the
papers, put them on a site so that those who are interested could download
the information.

Do we have others who are prepared to transcribe a tape, And are those who
presented papers ready to update them for inclusion in the information on
the sire ?
