You might consider making your own. PVC (the same stuff that plastic pipe
is made of) is usually available as sheets in a variety of thicknesses at
local plastics suplliers. It's fairly cheap and easy to work with.
You would cut the bottom and four sides ( or have the shop cut them) - it
can be cut on a table saw or band saw with a wood blade (use safety
goggles!) and then use PVC primer and cement (available from your local
hardware store) to glue the pieces together. The glue sets quickly and
is quite strong.
You can get just the size you want.
I don't know if their are any compatabilty problems with particular
processes...
