For my Albumine prints I use Simili Japon, which also curls. I manage to
keep a 5*7 inch piece flat by using my streched out fingers on the edges,
it works, but I have big hands..;-)..

One of the tips from the archives is to make a 90 deg bend along the long
sides (say about an inch), and use these "handles" to hold the paper flat.
