No offense taken. It was just a question borne from curiosity. I was
researching some other issues when I thought of this question. I know that
Phil Davis used what he called "bomb grade" hydrogen peroxide added drop at
a time into a ferrous solution with the container packed in ice to slow
things down. I agree that one should know what they are doing before
anything like this is attempetd. I make my own ferric using a recipe that
uses sodium oxalate and other goodies, or (more oftenthan not) buy it from
B&S. Again, it was a curiosity question. Thanks for all the replies.
