I changed some settings for the alt-photo list. It is now set so that
people who are not subscribed to the list can not post messages to the
list.
Unfortunately the Mailserv program occassionally does not recognize an
address that is subscribed to the list. These addresses worked fine until
I instituted this change. If you can not post message to the list please
contact me and I will fix your address.
