Paper Curling

Okay, I've struggled long enough. I didn't find anything in the archives
(although if I missed something - certainly possible - please point it to me and
I'll go there), so I'll ask here.

One of the most difficult things I've encountered is dealing with paper curling
when floating it for albumen. I'm using Strathmore 500 Drawing Paper (single
ply) and occasionally can hold down some of the curling sides, but unevitably
allow some to slop over the side. Sigh.

Any suggestions as to how to deal with this curling problem?
