I would have to agree to some extent. For my money bromoil is the most
"interactive" of all the alt processes, it is as far away from gum, as gum
is from platinum.

Platinum does get a bad rap in that regards but it can be quite interactive
if desired, especially the POP versions. Two of the people in our recent
bromoil workshop were accomplished platinum printers and both took to
bromoil quite handily.

I think this whole are of psycho-alt-photo is fascinating.
