Greetings-

Apologies for the cross list-postings....

I would like to let the group know about the workshop I will be giving At
The Visual Studies Workshop (31 Prince St/ Rochester, NY) from July 13-17,
with a slide presentation and talk about my work given on Tuesday evenin
July 14.

I would also like to point out that there are one or two remaining slots
open at the upcoming workshop at Colorado Mountain College in Breckenridge
(June 22nd - 27th), but act fast!

These workshops have at their center the numerous toning processes which I
employ in my own work, as well as the use of plastic and other low-tech
cameras. While special emphasis will be given to exploring a number of
split-toning processes, other options (such as etch/bleach or the use of
Polaroid materials), and extended presentation possibilities (ie handmade
books and collage) will also be explored as interest dictates.

This workshop may be of particular interest to those involved in the
teaching of photography as a way of energizing their own vision and work in
the medium.

Participants will work on the further development and manipulation of their
own images in a supportive and congenial atmosphere. The particular
interests and concerns of each individual will be given high priority.
