Do an Internet search for paper mills and people who make their own paper
and ask them. I would think better advice can be had from these sources who
understand paper and some of the factors that can affect it.
I do know that some people use fumes from chlorine to bleach, but it has to
be pure. However, the fumes from pure chlorine or chlorine gas are deadly
and will kill you before you know it. They burn mucous membranes.
