The Platypus Party is more than a party, it's a time when alt-photo folks can
gather, show prints, and trade tech tips, etc. In a sense it's very informal
symposium.
This year will also feature the launch of Weese and Sullivan's new publishing
house, Working Pictures Press and a book signing for it's maiden publication,
The New Platinum Print. Yes, Carl will be there.

Santa Fe has a legendary world class opera. The opera house has just undergone
a mega buck redesign and restoration and tickets are especially in short
supply
