Hi all,

according to my experiences there is only one Glycin that works for photographic processes:

Glycin CAS NO. 122-87-2. Anything else would not work.

I use a Phenidone-Hydrochinone print developer with lots of Glycin in it to produce chocolate

brown prints with Bergger Prestige CM without toning. I get my Glycin from Photographers Formulary

and the one I use at the moment is more then 12 months old and still works perfect.
