Sulfuric Acid, Sodium Sulfate, Acetone, etc., etc. have their selling
prohibited here in Brazil.
They say you can make bombs with sulfuric acid and that you can prepare
cocaine with acetone. Well, one can go out here and buy gunpowder or
fireworks (or some cocaine) easily on the streets, and gunpowder/fireworks
in shops with a receipt. Its hard to think of someone going to manufacture
cocaine with only 1 liter of acetone!
But of course, if you are willing to fill out a form and paying a fee of
US$ 200,00 a year you may have a license.
Do you want to know something else, IR films are also prohibited here!
