Then if I follow you, Jewelia, your hunch is that the washing soaks for
any of our printing processes would take the worst evils out of the
sulfite papers. Now I wonder if you or anyone have a clue (sort of
academic, since I don't have any of that good stuff left, but..... ya
never know!) if,
1. the paper would darken again after sort of lightening in the wash,
and,
2. Would an EDTA bath maybe lighten it ?
