"The article "Classic Toning Methods" by Peter Reichelt appeared in the
publication "Mastering Black and White Photography," Volume 1 (1996), p. 45.
As an earlier respondent stated, this publication is (or was) an annual
publication by "Photo Techniques" magazine (formerly known as "Darkroom and
Creative Camera Techniques").
