My recommendations are:

Voltarc Actinic F20T12/AQA/BP-40W P/N 16650
Voltarc Actinic F40T12/AQA P/N 16649

Those are the designations printed on the bulbs. I think "P/N" means part
number. I don't know what "BP" means.
