Jees, and I thought I was the only one that missed the "good old days" of
the wireless... or, as my daughter calls it, steam radio, the whole family
sitting around the livingroom fire on a cold, foggy Saturday evening
listening to the BBC's Saturday Programming... "Dick Barton - special
agent".... followed by Saturday Night Playhouse... "this is Valentine
Dial (sp?), the Man in Black, bringing you..... 'Appointment with
fear'".....
(at this point.... we hear a barbershop quartet, just out of sight, quietly
making their way through "Them was the good ol' days....)
