Lith file is pretty slow. I sometimes make negatives by putting RC prints in
contact with lith film in a print frame. Opening the enlarger lens all the way
and using an exposure if 1 or 2 seconds. Since this is about the same exposure
I use to make proof sheets I would guess that the lith film has a speed similar
to fast enlarging paper.
