Someone else can probably provide you with more detail but in general to
accurately measure the density of a pyro negative on a densitometer you need
a color densitometer. The stain in a pyro negative is greenish and so a
plain black and white densitometer will not "see" the stain as density. You
need a color densitometer in order for the stain to be read. At least that's
my understanding. Brian
