Hi doug-
the best print output for your digital files is using Fujix printer;
they are super high quality and perfect for a maquette.
As per the actual book production, you'll use an imagesetter for your film
output of your page layouts constructed most likely in Quark, Photoshop 5 or
Pagemaker.
