Well, you asked for it -- My Mac guru was reminiscing the other day about
the time, less than two years ago, when official wisdom was that Mac was
dead and you could buy Apple stock for $12 a share. Today he's almost dead
himself, worn out by demand for his services, and Apple stock is.... I
dunno, can't bear to look it up, having missed out on the $12...
Which is to say, and not to tempt fate, as far as I know, Mac doesn't get
those viri. (Of course I can't download attachments via my Panix service
anyway, so should be *really* safe, at least until the next generation of
infection.)
