It's automatic iff you're using a browser as email client, or have
configured a text mail client to automatically open html-containing
notes in a browser. My ASCII-text email client asks me if I want to
open notes containing html in my browser. [I say no, for other reasons
than viruses, since my os/2 platform isn't vulnerable to windoze
viruses.]
