Thanks for responding, Russ. I am learning the zone sytem. I
do not own one of these units. I need to check just a few negatives
at this time. Is this something I should consider purchasing,
or can I get use of one somewhere? Or should I just forget about
it?

lot of the
densitometer manufacturers actually have web sites with "content"
and
not just sales info.
