I have been making Ziatype prints for a few months. Lately (in the last week or so) I have noticed an orange precipitate when I add Sodium Chloroplatinate as a contrast agent. Does anyone have a guess what is happening? The mix I use is 6 Ammonium Ferric Oxalate, 4 Lithium palladium chloride, 1 gold chloride, 1 Sodium Chloroplatinate, 1 hydrogen peroxide. Thanks. Joe
