Sorry, but the rule is that those who are more important get that way by
acting that way.
And, imports stopped for a year and a half because HE WAS important.
#2 Mitterand was REFUSED landing permission at Marysville AFB because hed
won on the Communist Party ticket in France and our AF considered him a
Communist so refused him permission to land.
Importance wins, here? No.
