First of all thank you very much for your reply.

Concerning the dilution matter , perhaps I'm missing something , but I
can't understand how 1:2:75 and 1.5:3:100 can express the same dilution.
15ml + 30ml in 1000 is expressed by 1.5:3:100.
If we used the dilution expressed by 1:2:75 it should be 13.3ml+22.6ml in
1000ml, which is considerably different.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. :-)
